ANALYSIS OF LEARNING

Business communication is the interaction between people who work in one place, There are two types of communication: internal communication and external communication.
Examples of internal communication within the organization, such as communication between the manager and staff There are several forms of external communication that a company may communicate with a ONE member, There are several forms of business communication: face-to-face, online, over the phone .

There are basic principles to help you easily communicate with your audience “Students must be familiar with the basic principles of business communication. To achieve this goal, government companies must use clear language in the curricula through which principles can be incorporated”RACHELLE R.GREER,APTIL 12,2012

Here are the basic principles

·         Clarity

The sender must provide a clear message to the recipient. What is clear to the sender may not be obvious to the recipient because of his different background, etc.

·         Understanding the context of communication

·         A clear goal

·         Choose the most appropriate broker

–          In order to achieve effective communication, you have to understand your audience and with whom you talk and communicate with the client and the patrons and how to communicate internally in general

–          Who are stakeholders? Is a party that has an interest in the company that can be affected and can be affected. by investors, employees, customers, and suppliers. can be an internal or external stakeholder. example of internal stakeholders is investors. and external stakeholders who do not have a direct relationship with the company. So you have to understand different interests.
Hoffstead’s theory suggests that the culture of society influences member values and the extent to which these values relate to behavior using a structure derived from factor analysis.

Dimensions set by:

·         distance index

·         Masculinity about femininity

·         Individual dimension

-The theory of media is sometimes referred to as the theory of information enrichment: it is the description of the means of communication according to its ability to produce the information transmitted through it has developed this theory both: RICHARD L.DAFT AND ROBERT H. LENGEL.

– “A meeting is a combination of a transaction or project of two persons and more” William lane Craig books 1966

Occurs in companies for information exchange, project planning, and decision making. Informal meetings are held at the coffee shop.  most meetings occur on four categories:

·         Group meeting

·         Information Meeting

·         Meeting decision-making

·         Meeting of the exchange of ideas

– Minutes are a record of what happened during the meeting and what are the commitments?

– Businesses use presentations as a way to present ideas for training or to motivate the public. The speaker must train to make sure he is ready for the presentation. Good presentations often bring viewers new information, not being restricted. The most useful presentations are content that has useful, applicable information such as: How to develop yourself? It is essential that the presentation of the work takes the attention of the attendees; So there are several ways to gain audience attention such as presentations, slides, color posters, and body language. To make the presentation effective, there are several things: good presentation design and context, a good presentation has a clear goal, an effective presentation that is clearly organized, and easy to understand the viewership. Plan well for the presentation you will make.

– “Presentation Structure” Presentations should be very easy and logical, and it is important to avoid complex structures and focus on the need to explain and discuss your business clearly such as Welcome Introduction, A coherent series of key points, A clear and meaningful conclusion. Give the audience a brief summary of the presentation, receive their questions, stop between two different themes, change the tone of voice. Read more about Claire ‘s style for more information.

– E-mail is more popular in business contexts, more formal, and more widely used during business responds to use them in a decent way to work. The selected vocabulary must correspond to the nature of the publication, clarify the purpose of the message in short, and the appropriate closing statements, and contain the sender’s information.

In order to be convincing, your article should contain facts and figures (from official sources). It may not be easy to convince other people so when writing your report, select the purpose and determine the calibration of your analysis and the source of the necessary information. Preparation for writing a proposal requires your understanding of the information well and sorted and arranged in a chart on multiple forms such as fish structure, causal relationship, multiple effects and so on.

EVALUATION OF LEARNING

I finally learned a lot from this course and learned how to give my idea to others other than through presentation or message

But I did not like the duration of the course. It is better to be less than 4 weeks
