Analysis of learning
The main key learning in this activity was about Women in business practice free work and own small business. Therefore, Deem Al-Manahil has helped Saudi women in this field, which is a private non-profit established upon an initiative by Al-Manahil Company. Their goals were Training and qualifying the Saudi woman in the field of business. Providing the woman with the necessary finance to establish a private project or develop an existing project. and Creating real and renewed work opportunities. MS Hannan advises every student Try to engage in business, even if it is simple financial where the most successful project was from students. I have learned creative thinking in the field of work and how to put in my own business something that distinguishes me from others. And to go to the hand that supports me at the beginning of my project like (Deem Al-Manahil Fund)
What are the difficulties? Also, the topics are the work environment and difficulties in work. According to 2012 standards, women faced difficulties in entering the work environment and opening their own business. But nowadays there are no difficulties for women in terms of work. The difficulties faced by women and men together not only for women. The start of a decision to open your own business is the most difficult stage for the entrepreneurs to go through. So, we learned from MS AL Anoud persistence, determination, and desire to do something and stick to dream. Study your idea well and do it. After you skip this stage do not think you have not encountered other difficulties. the work environment has a negative and positive. To be a successful leader use the negatives in developing yourself. As we saw with MS Modhi, there are a lot of competition and challenges. In these days, the trend of healthy food has become greater. Therefore, we find MS Modhi, living experience of competition. I learned from her not to stop developing my business .and to be different in my business to win the competition.
Evaluation of learning
This workshop made me realize the success of the small business and its advantages. the definition of small businesses “that small businesses are privately owned corporations, partnerships, or sole proprietorships that have fewer employees and/or less annual revenue than a regular-sized business or corporation. ” (Entrepreneurs, Dr. Nabi)
Families work together and open their own small businesses or men/ women seeking to open their business and succeed in it. Of course, there are difficulties and challenges they will face. This is often a result of poor planning rather than economic conditions. Over half of small firms lack a business plan, a tool that is considered one of the most important factors for a venture’s success. So that you can open a successful business. You have to have a plan and look for your passion. Also, you have to have a broad mindset to be distinctive in your work. Ask yourself what are your resources? After this join the learning courses. The biggest concern of people is their fear of bankruptcy, that their loss is more than their profit, they do not have the spirit of risk and adventure, the difficulty of providing documents, or financial statements to a large extent and so it is clear from the characteristics of small projects that Hank help factors and other impediments to these projects.

What I learned: So, I learned from the workshop. To gain more experience, join a small business and work for them. Then you will learn more than to work for a large company. Then open your own business. I strongly agree with this. One of the questions answered by MS Hannan. Does top capital make the probability of business success greater? Answer: No. not necessary, many successful businesses were in a small financial amount. I realized then that any university student could start a business now
One of the special ways with the competition is: talk to your customers, ask them about their wishes and reservations, ask them suggestions and ideas to improve your services, and give them an appropriate working environment, customers are the real key to success. Also, study your competitors and identify their strengths and weaknesses, and know their competitive advantage. And finally, do not look at the competition as an enemy that seeks to destroy you and do not remind them of bad or distort their image
finally, Applying for what I learned in the workshop, I will work in a small business to learn the fundamentals of business. Linking what I knew before: I knew what competition was, and now I know how to deal with the competition and be successful in it
